Lake Tahoe Community College (LTCC) is a dynamic and growing college located on 160 acres in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, California. The mission is to serve the local, regional, and global communities by promoting comprehensive learning, success, and life-changing opportunities. Through quality instruction and student support, the personalized approach to teaching and learning empowers students to achieve their educational and personal goals.
Thirty-two full-time faculty members and additional staff serve 5,500 students who are working toward associate’s degrees, certificates, career education or continuing education. LTCC ranks first among small California Community Colleges for the number of students who transfer to four-year universities in the California State University and University of California systems.
